The Credit Administrator works closely with the Chief Credit Officer to develop and implement risk control and reporting measures which include credit procedures and revisions to policy. This position will conduct research, assess risks, and consult with other business units to ensure that lending policies appropriately manage risks and meet the strategic goals of the bank. The position is a critical resource to the continued success of the bank.
Essential Functions of Position

Supports the Chief Credit Officer with the administration of collateral valuation, credit quality, credit decisioning, credit processes, credit risk oversight and other activities associated with maintaining enterprise wide credit risk and quality standards.
Manages the Board Loan Committee process which includes coordinating meetings, routing credit packages for approval, taking and archiving meeting minutes, and tracking meeting attendance.
Manages the problem loan reporting process which includes distributing and managing the completion of the periodic reports, and archiving. May assist in individual loan work-outs as needed.
Management and oversight of the ACH risk management process.
Manages the consistent delivery of risk management reporting, analytics, procedures and policies by establishing guidelines, operational controls, and standards for loan product origination, fulfillment and servicing.
Completes the quarterly ALLL analysis for board approval. Revises processes as necessary t improve the efficiency of the process and the quality of the analysis.
Complete reports provided monthly and quarterly t the board of directors.
Develop and manage portfolio-wide credit stress testing analyses as needed.
Oversees the real estate construction draw process which includes reviewing and approving each advance request prior t funding.
Assist in developing and delivering training to individuals involved in credit underwriting and monitoring activities as needed
Oversees the bank’s CRA performance.
Coordinates responses to internal or external auditors and regulatory agencies for inquiries.
Collaborates with cash management, sales, and operations business partners on issues impacting loan performance and provides recommendations to Management that mitigate credit risk issues and concerns that may develop.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:
Ten or more years of banking experience, including working knowledge of reporting, analytics, and audit requirements. Three or more years working with business/commercial loan clients preferred.
